The main character, described as "an average kid who no one understands" in the theme song. Voiced by Tara Strong in the series. He was portrayed by Drake Bell in the live-action movie.
Feel my mighty pecs of manlyness! Boy there's a lot to go over with this. Used procreate for the head, hair, crown, arms, and star on the wand. The head was a normal flesh head but painted all over. Sculpted torso with electric tape over it, boots have etape too. Legs are extended. It was a pain in the fucking ASS to do the whole head.

He is the husband of Tooth Fairy. As the authoritative leader of Fairy World, Jorgen enforces Da Rules a magical rule book dictating what fairies are and aren't allowed to do with their magic and arranges who Fairy Godparents are assigned to. Although usually well-intentioned, Jorgen tends to be extremely overbearing and usually cruel to others, such as Binky, Cosmo, Wanda, the Anti-Fairies and the Pixies although the latter two are evil and Jorgen going against them is in favor of the protagonists. Jorgen is the strongest and toughest fairy in Fairy World, and is the commander of the Fairy godparents and possibly all of Fairy World, although the extent of how powerful or how much he commands is not exactly clear. When Jorgen was first introduced, he was more of an enemy of Timmy, and in a few cases tried to get Timmy's godparents taken away.
